Getting texts from Corral
Corral texts you only about a document request you're part of, and only after you agree. Here's how that works.
1. Your request arrives by email
When a professional asks you for documents, Corral emails you a link, or they share the link with you themselves. Corral never sends the first text. We don't text a number someone else typed in.
2. You choose texts on your upload page
On your upload page, you can enter your mobile number and check a box to get your codes and reminders by text. The box starts unchecked. If you leave it, everything stays by email.
3. We confirm, and every text tells you how to stop
Your first text confirms you signed up and explains how to opt out. Reply STOP anytime to stop texts, or HELP for help.
Corral account holders sign up for their own text alerts the same way, in their account settings.
Full details are in our SMS terms and privacy policy.
